Youth Managed Resource Center (YMRC) Sankhu in collaboration with USSHA Foundation has organized a two days “Social Leadership Development Training” on 7th and 8th Nov, 2008 at Dadakatteri Village, Lapsiphedi VDC of Sankhu among the youth from grassroots to National Level.
The training was envisioned promote the ‘Sustainable, Equitable and Self-Reliant Social Development Actions’ by empowered human resource. There were around 40 youth’s participations.
The Objectives of training was: - To provide knowledge and skill to youth about socially responsible leader. - To generate an environment of team-work among youth from diverse culture and backgrounds.
During the training we had community visit and all the participations had night stay at community houses. On the training, regarding their visiting and living with community, they could find out about condition of village, issues, resources and needs of village through community peoples. This training could make good impact with all the participations and community of Dadakatteri village.
