Way to Visit

Manichud Daha is located near the top of the Manichud peak, is 13 miles north-east of Kathmandu and northward from the Gunbihar (Bajrayogini Temple Sankhu).  Manichud daha seems to be and organic grown pond because of its irregular shape. The pond was considered as a holy place by the surrounding people. And Manichud is the religiously or naturally very important place. These day's people still go to conduct religious ceremonies, especially on the day of Srawan Sukla purnima (month of August) as well as to enjoy to beauty of the spot. After getting at the top of the mountain, we could see great views of kathmandu vallay.

We visited some rural villages’ way to journey. Because we were trying to find out some issues of rural communities. During our visit to those villages, we could learn and shared many things with villagers. We got some ways to start projects at those villages. All of participation had group works to share and learn knowledge each other. And we had informal discussion on promoting Internal Tourism for development.
